FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 26 March 2008 and 8 May 2008
shareholders are advised that Credit U is still involved in negotiations, which
if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price at which Credit U`s
securities trade on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a
full announcement is made.
