TRADING UPDATE
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as
reasonable certainty exists that the financial results for the next period to be
reported on will differ by at least 20% from those of the corresponding
reporting period.
In this regard, the board expects earnings per share and headline earnings per
share for the year ending 30 June 2008 to be between 115% and 125% lower than
for the corresponding period last year assuming no significant changes occur in
the exchange rate from its level at the end of May 2008.
The financial information on which this trading update has been based has not
been reviewed or reported on by Amap`s auditors.
