RESULTS OF THIRTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that at the AGM held on Thursday, 19 June 2008, all the
resolutions proposed were passed with the requisite majority of shareholder
votes, with the exception of ordinary resolution number 5, which was withdrawn
at the meeting due to the resignation of Sheikh ARH Shartbatly, which is
effective as from 19 June 2008.
Shareholders are further advised that the special resolution passed at the
meeting will be lodged with the Register of Companies for registration.
