CHANGE TO THE DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
ChemSpec shareholders are referred to the Audited Results for the year ended 31
March 2008 announcement that appeared on SENS on 2 June 2008 and in the press on
3 June 2008 and which contained details of the Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders are advised that the date of the Annual General Meeting has been
moved from Thursday, 31 July 2008, as previously announced, to Friday, 31
October 2008. The venue and time remain unchanged.
