A Portfolio ("eRAFI(TM)" or "eRAFI(TM) ETF") in the Newfunds Collective
Investment Scheme in Securities ("NewFunds") registered as such in terms of the
Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 and managed by NewFunds
(Proprietary) Limited (the "Manager")
LISTING OF eRAFI(TM) SECURITIES
Further to the announcement published on 4 June 2008 regarding the initial
public offering for eRAFI(TM) securities, Java Capital is authorised to announce
the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited of eRAFI(TM) securities in the
"Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from commencement of business on
Monday, 23 June 2008.
Subscriptions valued at approximately R370 million were received pursuant to the
Initial Public Offering.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
15,068,424 NewFunds eRAFI(TM) securities will be issued to successful applicants
at commencement of trade on 23 June 2008 at a price per security of
approximately R24.57 and at a conversion ratio of 0.040557202 securities for
every 1 LA issued pursuant to cash subscriptions and one million eRAFI(TM)
securities for every full basket of constituent securities delivered.
