POSTING OF ENALENI`S ANNUAL REPORT AND DETAILS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Enaleni`s preliminary reviewed group results for the year ended 31
December 2007, published on 17 March 2008 ("the results"), the annual report was
dispatched to shareholders on 13 June 2008. In preparing the balance sheet,
income statement and cash flow information in the 2007 annual report, the
following changes to the aforementioned published results were made due to the
reclassification of certain line items. The aforementioned reclassification of
the financial information has had no effect on the net profit or equity
contained in the results and therefore, no further material modifications have
been made to the financial information contained in the annual report in
comparison to the results:

Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Enaleni will be held at 11:00
on 24 July 2008 at the Cape of Good Hope Room, 5th Floor, BOE Building, Clock
Tower Precinct, V & A Waterfront, Cape Town, to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the 2007 annual
report.
