Distell is pleased to announce the appointments of Messrs A C Parker and B J Van
der Ross as non-executive directors to the Board of Distell, with effect from 1
July 2008.
Distell regrets to announce that Mr R L Lumb has resigned as a non-executive
director from the Board of Distell, with effect from 23 October 2008.
