beneficiary, had on 18 June 2008 purchased in Johannesburg 6,860 ordinary shares
of US$1 each in the Company at a cost of R507.83 per share.
Following this notification, Dr Gounden`s total shareholding in the Company is
6,860 ordinary shares.
