Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 28 February, 26
March and 12 May 2008 respectively, Samroc shareholders are advised that the
negotiations referred to therein are still taking place which, if successfully
concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company`s shares.
Accordingly, Samroc shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in their Samroc shares until a further announcement is made.
