WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 25 April 2008 in
which it was announced that Ansys has entered into a Heads of Agreement with
Airport interface Technologies (Pty) Limited ("AiT") in respect of the
acquisition of 100% of the issued shares in and claims on loan account against
AiT.
Subsequent to the SENS announcement, Ansys decided to terminate the negotiations
referred to therein and accordingly, caution is no longer required when dealing
in the company`s securities.
