CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that with effect from 1 September 2008, George Coetzee,
Naspers company secretary since 1998, will retire. Gillian Kisbey-Green,
currently company secretary of the MIH group, will, in addition to her current
responsibilities, take over as Naspers group company secretary with effect from
that date.
