Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2008 contain no modifications to the audited results which were
published on SENS on 28 May 2008. The annual report has been posted on the
Company`s website (www.transhex.co.za) with effect from 24 June 2008 and will be
distributed to shareholders on 30 June 2008.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 28th annual general meeting of Trans Hex
shareholders will be held at 14:30 on Friday 1 August 2008 at the Company`s
registered office, 405 Voortrekker Road, Parow to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
