CHANGES TO SENIOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr. John H Mooney has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive
Officer with effect from 1 July 2008, whilst a permanent replacement for Mr.
Jeff Wright who leaves the Group at the end of June 2008, is being sought.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr. Jan A Van der Schyff has been
appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for the Group and Financial Director on
the AFGRI Operations Limited board, with effect from 1 June 2008.
