Super Group corporate bond settlement
Shareholders are hereby advised that Super Group has settled its existing ZAR
900 million corporate bond (SPG01) in compliance with its contracted settlement
obligations.
Super Group has secured new long term funding facilities (including corporate
bonds SGL04 and SGL05)amounting to ZAR 650 million at funding rates which
approximate the current prime rate less 2.2%.
