RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Famous Brands held on
Wednesday, 25 June 2008 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting
contained in the Famous Brands annual report issued on Friday, 30 May 2008), all
of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Famous Brands
shareholders.
