RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
A General Meeting of All Joy was held today to consider ordinary resolutions to
waive a mandatory offer to minority shareholders and to ratify the board`s
decision to proceed with the rights offer.
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the
notice of general meeting, contained in the circular issued to shareholders on
11 June 2008, were duly approved by a 79,6% majority.
