REVISED RESULTS OF RIGHTS OFFER
Further to the announcement of 17 June 2008 regarding the results of the Rights
Offer, Pioneer Foods shareholders are advised that the percentage of the shares
subscribed for in terms of the Rights Offer has been updated as follows:
