CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Following the resignation of Dumisani Mtshali, Jill Parratt has been appointed
with immediate effect as Company Secretary for Liberty Group Limited
("Liberty"). Jill is an experienced Company Secretary who joins Liberty from
Pangbourne Properties Limited. Prior to that, she was Assistant Group Secretary
for the Unitrans Group. She serves as a director on the board of the Institute
of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is the president-elect for 2009.
The board of Liberty would like to express its gratitude to Dumisani Mtshali for
his contribution over the past five years.
