such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002

DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of Satrix (being Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited
and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have resolved to make a distribution to
holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities recorded in the register in respect
of the quarter ended 30 June 2008. This distribution will:
- be an amount of 1.25 cents (R0.0125) per Satrix Dividend Plus security;
- be constituted entirely by dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities recorded in the
register on 4 July 2008; and
- be effected on 11 July 2008.
