DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of Satrix (being Satrix Managers (Proprietary)
Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have resolved to make a
distribution to holders of Satrix RESI securities recorded in the register in
respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2008. This distribution will:
- be an amount of 0.66 cents (R0.0066) per Satrix RESI security;
- be constituted entirely by dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix RESI securities recorded in the
register on 4 July 2008;
- be effected on 11 July 2008.
