CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Blue hereby announce the following changes to its
composition:
- Mr Johan Maritz has resigned as an Executive Finance Director with effect
from 30 June 2008 due to family commitments. Mr Maritz will however remain as a
consultant to Blue;
- Mr Grant Chittenden will be appointed as an Executive Finance Director of
Blue. Mr Chittenden is a CA(SA) and headed up the internal audit division of
Blue. Mr Chittenden completed his articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999,
before time spent with Nedbank and Standard Bank prior to joining Blue.
The board wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation to Mr Maritz for
his outstanding contribution to Blue`s achievements and wish him well for the
future. The board similarly wish to extend their best wishes to Mr Chittenden
with the new role.
