CANCELLATION AND DE-LISTING OF 9,968,294 VALUE ORDINARY SHARES
On 27 June 2008 Value cancelled and de-listed 9,968,294 ordinary shares in terms
of the general authority to repurchase shares approved by shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting held on 27 September 2007.
These shares were bought back as a general purchase by a subsidiary company,
Value Logistics Limited, during the period 18 December 2007 to 19 March 2008.
The cancellation of these shares has no financial impact on Value.
The shares cancelled represent 4,85% of the issued share capital of the company
and following the cancellation, the issued share capital of the company
comprises 195,630,746 ordinary shares of 1 cent each.
