ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the final legacy issue
arising from the former MGX Group has been resolved. A short term provision of
R12.5 million no longer required will be released and will effect the current
year Earnings per Share ("EPS") and Headline Earnings per Share ("HEPS").
In 2004 the Company sold its interest in a foreign subsidiary Didata Limited. In
terms of the disposal agreement the Company is entitled to additional proceeds
should the new owner dispose the acquired interest in Didata Limited before a
certain date. The new owner recently sold its interest in Didata Limited and as
a result an amount of R2.4 million was received by the Company. This transaction
will have no material effect on the current year EPS.
