Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above MNDIDA, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level
of R49.47 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 24 June 2008
the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R36.28. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Wednesday, 25 June 2008 = 4975.8 cents
The VWAP on Thursday, 26 June 2008 = 5034.96 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 5005.38 cents
Rebate payment of cents 1377.38
Holders will receive R13.7738 for every warrant held.
