CHANGE TO THE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that the board
of directors have approved the replacement of Mr ML Trevisani by Mr W van
Houten as Financial Director of Esor with effect from 27 June 2008. The
appointment forms part of Esor`s succession planning strategy and integration
of the corporate services of Esor and Franki Africa (Pty) Limited.
Wayne joined Franki Africa in July 2005 and rose to the level of Financial
Director. He has worked within the construction industry since qualifying as a
Chartered Accountant and has gained extensive experience from acting on the
Board of Directors of Grinaker LTA Roads and Earthworks (West Africa), and
Franki Africa (Pty) Limited.
Mauro will remain as executive director of Esor.
