DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for
NASPERS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to NASPERS LIMITED (NPN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 180 cents per NPNNID share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 8 September 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 29 August 2008.
The share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 1
September 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 5 September 2008.
