The NewFunds eRAFI(TM) Overall SA Index ETF Portfolio ("eRAFI(TM)" or "eRAFI(TM)
ETF") in the Newfunds Collective Investment Scheme in Securities ("NewFunds")
registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45
of 2002, managed by NewFunds (Proprietary) Limited (the "Manager")
ADDITIONAL LISTING OF PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
eRAFI(TM) has issued an additional 2,000,000 participatory interests ("eRAFI(TM)
securities") at an issue price of approximately R23.93 per eRAFI(TM) security
with effect from commencement of business today, bringing the market
capitalisation of the Portfolio to approximately R399 million.
