CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rules 3.59(b) and (c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of William Tell hereby announces the following
changes to its composition:
- Mr Russell Watt is re-locating to Australia and has accordingly resigned as
Financial Director of the board with effect from 31 July 2008.
- Mr Renier Botha will act as Chief financial Officer until such time as a
permanent appointment is made. Renier holds a BCom (Hons) Acc, is 55 years
old and has 25 years` in the financial environment.
- Ms Nirvana Govender who has been with the company since January 2008 will
assist Renier Botha. Nirvana holds a BCom (Hons) Acc and completed her
articles with Deloitte and Touche in December 2007. Nirvana has
successfully completed the first part of her board exams and writes the 2nd
part in November this year to qualify as a CA (SA).
The board wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation to Mr Watt for his
contribution to William Tell`s achievements and wishes him well for the future.
