RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 19 May 2008 in
which shareholders were advised that IFCA has entered into negotiations to
introduce a Black Economic Empowerment Partner into the company. The company is
still in negotiations and accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a full
announcement is made.
In addition, the company is in the process of restructuring the board of
directors, which restructure may or may not have a material effect on the price
at which the company`s securities trade. Accordingly, shareholders are advised
