CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Dr Patrick John Ryan and Mr John Michael McMahon
have tendered their resignations from the Board of Directors, with effect from
30 June 2008.
The Board thanks them for the significant contribution they have made to the
affairs of Gold Fields since their appointments in 1999 and wishes them well.
