DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 9600 Octodec linked units at a
price of R11.55 per linked unit with a total value of R110 880.00 on 26 June
2008. Tomnef purchased a further 4 016 150 Octodec linked units at a price of
R12.10 per linked unit with a total value of R48 593 808.54 on 27 June 2008.
Octodec`s directors, Alec Wapnick, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
non-beneficially each hold one third of the share capital in Tomnef. Clearance
to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
