PURCHASE OF SHARES BY COROCAPITAL LIMITED
Shareholders are advised that CoroCapital Limited ("CoroCapital"), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Coronation Investments and Trading Limited, acquired a 23,1%
shareholding in the company on 27 June 2008. CoroCapital purchased 90 204 335
shares in TCS, which included the shareholding in the company previously held by
Labat Anderson SA (Proprietary) Limited.
The directors of TCS view CoroCapital as strategic long-term partner who will
add significant value to TCS going forward.
