APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Anbeeco is pleased to announce, in terms of paragraph
3.59 of the Listings Requirements, that Mr Clifford Jason Kupritz was appointed
a non-executive director of the company effective from today, 1 July 2008.
A brief CV with regard to Mr Kupritz is set out below:
Clifford holds a BSc (Building) and a BCom (Hons) (Finance) from the University
of the Witwatersrand.
He is currently involved in a business that sources and structures development
finance for residential and commercial property developments and investments
thereafter placing the loans with relevant funders.
He previously acted as the regional manager: commercial property finance for a
prominent bank where he focussed on the structuring of finance within the
commercial property finance sector with a specific focus on residential
development finance mainly for the Gauteng, Free State and Northern Cape
regions.
