Further Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 13 May 2008 and
the further cautionary announcement dated 20 May 2008 whereby shareholders were
informed of the proposed acquisition by UCS of the business of Computer Software
Consultants (Proprietary) Limited ("CSC").
Shareholders are advised that UCS is still in the process of concluding the
definitive agreements as well as certain of the conditions precedent.
Accordingly, UCS shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
