EXTENSION OF EXERCISE PERIOD OF OPTIONS PREVIOUSLY GRANTED AND ANNOUNCED
In compliance with sections 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that the first date for exercise of
the options granted to the executive directors of the company in terms of
Simeka`s share option scheme and as previously announced on 25 March 2008, has
been changed from 1 July 2008 to 1 September 2008.
