RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FROM THE BOARD OF MURRAY & ROBERTS
HOLDINGS LIMITED
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr Sonwabo Edwin Funde as non-
executive director with effect from 30 June 2008 due to his appointment as South
African Ambassador to Germany.
Mr Funde has also resigned as member of the Nomination and Health, Safety &
Environment Committees.
The Board of Directors wishes Mr Funde well in his new appointment and thanks
him for his significant contribution to the Board over the past almost eight
years.
