WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement contained in the
detailed announcement released on 27 May 2008 and advised that, as the final
agreement between Wesco and Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan has been signed,
the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
The proposed disposal is still conditional upon approval thereof by the
shareholders of the company in general meeting and it is expected that a
circular in this regard will be posted to shareholders on Friday 11 July 2008.
