The position of COO is a new role in Super Group that is intended to support our

the momentum of change across the Group. Adam will work closely with Larry
Lipschitz (Group CEO) as part of the focus on business performance optimization
and value creation.
Peter Mountford
Peter has some 20 years of senior management experience mainly within the SAB

other business experience includes the role of Managing Director of SAB
Diversified Beverages which included the SAB`s Supply Chain Services and

challenge of leading Super Group`s South African supply chain businesses. Peter
is also the chairman of the industry based Logistics SA Forum and a Director of
the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa.
Philip Smith, the previous CEO of the South African Supply Chain businesses,
will continue in a non-executive capacity on the Supply Chain divisional board,
whilst developing new vertical supply chain opportunities and strategies for the
Group. Philip, as a member of the Executive Committee, will also assist on other
group strategic and executive initiatives.
Super Group is excited to have employees of Adam`s and Peter`s calibre step into
these key positions. We believe they have much to contribute as members of our
leadership team. The Board congratulates them on their appointment and wishes
them every success. We look forward to Adam and Peter accelerating some of the
positive processes already underway within the Group.
