CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr Duncan Graham Wanblad resigned from the board of Anglo Platinum Limited as
Executive Director Projects and Engineering to join Anglo American plc as Chief
Executive Officer Copper - Base Metals Division.
Mr Frederik Ryk Ludolf Neethling succeeds Mr D G Wanblad in the capacity of
Executive Head: Engineering and Projects.
