2 CONDITIONAL SHARE PLAN
Conditional share awards, vesting after a 3 year performance period,
subject to performance conditions and to the extent that these have been
satisfied, at a grant price of R90,47 granted to:

D C Coutts-Trotter 37 778 conditional awards
Company secretary:
S A Bailes 1 400 conditional awards
The rights and awards have been granted in terms of the rules of the
respective share plans as adopted and approved by shareholders in 2005.
Clearance has been received in terms of rule 3.66 of the JSE`s Listings
Requirements in respect of all the above transactions. All interests in the
transactions are direct and beneficial.
