CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Chris Boshoff has retired with effect from 01 July
2008.
The board would like to thank Chris for the immense contribution he made to the
company since it was founded in 1999 and wish him all the best for his
retirement.
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Shaw as Financial
Director with effect from 01 July 2008.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant by training, a Certified Associate of the
Institute of Bankers and has completed a diploma in Accounting Professional
Training, specialising in Auditing.
Mark joined First National Bank in 1993, where he held various positions until
2003, when he left in order to obtain his CA (SA) qualification, completing his
articles with Tichauer & Bloch in 2006. From 2002 to 2005, he lectured part
time at the Institute of Bankers College (Johannesburg). In 2007, Mark joined
Norman Bisset & Associates Group (Pty) Ltd where he held the position of Chief
Financial Officer until joining IFCA in 01 April 2008
