CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are notified that Craig Daly has resigned as a financial
director of Calgro with effect from 1 July 2008.
Calgro would like to thank Craig for his valuable contribution during his tenure
of employment.
A suitable replacement for Craig will be announced in due course.
