RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of Sovereign held on
2 July 2008, all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution contained in
the Notice to Shareholders and tabled for voting, with the exception of Ordinary
Resolution Number 6 regarding the general authority to the directors of the
company to issue shares for cash, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present or represented by proxy.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
