CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Arcay Moela Sponsors (Pty) Limited are authorised to announce that on 2 July
2008 Huge entered into preliminary discussions with third parties involving the
release of certain confidential information; this confidential information is
being released in order for the parties to reach a decision on whether or not
such discussions should lead to formal negotiations. At present the parties have
not entered into formal negotiations.
In the event that these discussions lead to formal negotiations, the successful
conclusion of those formal negotiations may have an effect on the share price of
Huge. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares until a further announcement is made.
