TEAL NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESIGNS
TEAL Exploration & Mining Incorporated (TSX-"TL") (JSE-"TEL") ("TEAL") announces
that Mr. Frank Abbott has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr Frank Abbott, the Financial Director of African Rainbow Minerals Limited
("ARM") and currently the Interim Financial Director of Harmony Gold Mining
Company Limited, has resigned from the TEAL Board of Directors. He will be
replaced on the TEAL Board of Directors by Mr. Mike Arnold, ARM`s Chief
Financial Officer.
