CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Sovereign has entered into negotiations with an
empowerment group with the intention of entering into a BEE transaction, which,
if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company`s
securities. The BEE transaction will comply with the AgriBEE charter
requirements and will have positive value-add to the group.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s shares until a further announcement is made.
