NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

With regard to the audited results for the year ended 29 February 2008,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders and published on Datatec`s website
(www.datatec.co.za) today, 9 July 2008 and contain no material modifications to
the group audited results which were announced on SENS on 14 May 2008.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Datatec shareholders
will be held at the Sandton Sun Intercontinental Hotel, cnr. 5th Street and
Alice Lane, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa on 4 August 2008 at 12:00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial report.
