CHANGE IN ROLE OF A DIRECTOR
Anooraq is pleased to announce that Mr Tumelo Motsisi will be fulfilling the
role of Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board. Mr Motsisi was previously the
Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of Anooraq and this change in role
follows the appointment of Mr Philip Kotze as the President and Chief Executive
Officer of the company. The appointment of Mr Motsisi was effective from 1 July
2008.
