NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
ISA posted its audited annual financial statements for the financial year ended
29 February 2008 to shareholders on 9 July 2008. The Company is not publishing
an abridged report at this date because the reviewed financial information
published on 30 May 2008 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the tenth Annual General Meeting of ISA will be held
at the registered office of the Company at Unit 12, 152 Bram Fischer Drive,
Randburg at 10h00 on Friday, 1 August 2008, to transact the business as set out
in the notice of annual general meeting circulated together with the annual
financial statements.
