Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 23 January 2008, 6
March 2008, 17 April 2008 and 29 May 2008, shareholders are advised that the
Company is still in discussions, which if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of Gijima Ast Group shares. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Gijima
Ast Group shares until a full announcement is made.
